RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

WOMENSWEAR

  • To initiate a return or exchange: Please review the instructions below and initiate the return or exchange by emailing sup@thegoodboyshop.com 
  • Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Merchandise must be unused and in its original state, with all packaging intact and clean in appearance
  • A Shipping confirmation email must accompany the returned merchandise in order for a refund to be processed
  • For exchanges, if the new product has a higher cost than the exchanged product, we will charge your credit card for the price difference at the time of the exchange
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your first return or exchange - any subsequent request for return or exchange will be at the customer’s expense
  • Sale items are final sale

DOGWEAR

  • The only dogwear which is returnable or exchangeable are in the 'WALK' category - collars, leashes, and harnesses

EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL

  • Email sup@thegoodboyshop.com to let us know you have an item to exchange. Let our customer service representative know which new item you would like to exchange for. If the new item is more expensive than the original, we will charge your credit card for the difference
  • Place the clean, unused garment back in the box with its original packaging.
  • Our customer service representative will email you a shipping confirmation and a pre-paid shipping label. Print out both documents, and place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside of the box and the shipping confirmation inside the box
  • Drop the box off at a post office location

RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL

  • Email sup@thegoodboyshop.com to let us know you have an item to return
  • Place the clean, unused garment back in the box with its original packaging
  • A GOODBOY customer service representative will email you a shipping confirmation and a pre-paid shipping label. Print out both documents, and place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside of the box and the shipping confirmation inside the box
  • Drop the box off at a post office location.
  • A refund with be issued to your credit card within 5 days of receipt to our warehouse.
